Had a short but shocking dialog session with my Managing Director few days back.

This is the only topic he said that I am happy about.

hahaha.

Managing Director: Jason, you have alot of potentials. While you are here with us, we will help you reach your full potentials. What you have achieved for this company till now are good but i expect to see more from you.

Managing Director: Of cus, if the incomes through events is more, the company won't hestitate to give you higher increments too. You see errr, this is a 2 sided thing.
